How Laredo Pressure Washing Works

Laredo Pressure Washing cleans houses, driveways, roofs, fences, patios, commercial buildings and truck fleets in Laredo and across Webb County.

Every job starts with the surface. Stucco, brick, painted siding, tile and shingle roofs, concrete and wood fences each need a different method. Too much pressure on stucco can erode the finish, and high pressure on a roof can crack tile or strip shingle granules. So we soft wash siding and roofs with a cleaning solution at low pressure, and we save higher pressure for concrete and other hard surfaces, usually with a rotary surface cleaner.

We also plan around Laredo's water. The city draws its drinking water from the Rio Grande, and Laredo Utilities sets conservation stages that can limit outdoor water use, including washing paved areas and vehicles. Before we schedule, we check the stage in effect and tell you if a job has to wait or be done a different way. We also look at where the wash water will go, because the city's storm drains carry runoff to the Rio Grande.

After the visit you get a written quote that lists each surface, the method and the price. Nothing starts until you approve it, and any change in scope is agreed with you in writing first.

How we work

  • Dry cleaning first: loose dust and debris are swept or blown off so less water is needed.
  • Low pressure only on stucco, painted siding, tile and shingle roofs.
  • Shut-off trigger guns, so water runs only while we are cleaning.
  • Wash water is kept out of the street and storm inlets.
  • Plants, windows, outlets and fixtures are protected before any solution goes on.
  • We check the current Laredo Utilities conservation stage before scheduling.
  • You pay only for work you approved in writing.
